Jammu, Dec 08 (KINS): Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Monday met and interacted with veterans of the Armed Forces at Lok Bhavan, Jammu.

He expressed deep gratitude to the Armed Forces and paid heartfelt tributes to the martyrs, stating that the nation will always remain indebted to the sacrifices made by the soldiers.

The Lieutenant Governor also made a generous contribution to the Armed Forces Flag Day Fund. He said that Armed Forces Flag Day, observed on 7th December 2025, reminds citizens that the welfare of Armed Forces personnel is a collective responsibility. He urged everyone to contribute and support the brave soldiers who safeguard the integrity of the nation.

Appealing to the public, the Lieutenant Governor encouraged people to donate to the Armed Forces Flag Day Fund, noting that the contributions will be used for the welfare of serving personnel, their families, ex-servicemen, and their dependents.(KINS)
