NEW DELHI, 8 March (H.S.): The Mahila Samridhi Yojana, which has been launched in

Delhi, will provide women classified as below the poverty line (BPL) with monthly

financial assistance of 2,500 rupees. Approval was granted for the

implementation of this scheme during the cabinet meeting convened at the

secretariat, presided over by Chief Minister Rekha Gupta. The cabinet has

In celebration of International Women’s Day, the Delhi BJP

government unveiled the Mahila Samridhi Yojana on Saturday. This initiative

will provide financial assistance of Rs 2500 per month to underprivileged women

in Delhi. The verification of beneficiaries will be conducted through E-KYC. It

empowering them towards financial independence. This initiative represents not
