West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee claimed that outsiders spread violence in Murshidabad. The Chief Minister asked on Thursday how the infiltration took place despite the security of BSF on the border? She clarified that the responsibility of the border is of the Center. So if there is any problem there, they will take responsibility. At the same time, Mamata alleged that the Center has taken 50 kilometers of land on the border. As a result, the state is facing problems. However, the BJP has repeatedly blamed the state government for the infiltration. In such a situation, Mamata’s question was that BSF takes care of cows, CISF takes care of coal. So then why is the state being blamed for the border dispute?

Some people came from outside and caused disturbance, the Chief Minister said in a press conference on Thursday. The National Commission for Women is coming to inspect the violence-hit areas of Murshidabad. The Governor is going. Sources claim that a central delegation may also come. On this, Mamata said, Ask the Home Minister to go to Tripura, Manipur. Ask him to go to Assam. Tripura-Assam-Manipur is not in our hands. Even the border is not in our hands. Remember this. The Chief Minister further alleged, Earlier, the area up to five kilometers on the border was in the hands of the BSF. The current Home Minister has made it 50 kilometers by making a law. This means that even if we have people, we cannot go to meet them. They cannot communicate with us. The Chief Minister alleged that land has been taken away from the state government. In this context, Mamata said, 50 kilometers of land has been taken away from the state government. Why is this happening? I have opposed this from the very first day. And I will continue to oppose it. She also said that earlier the rule was that the state police would be stationed near the border. They used to keep a record of who was coming from outside and for what reason. But Amit Shah came and changed that rule. Now they don’t allow our officers. As a result, we cannot share information, Mamata had said then. She then added, BSF takes care of the border, BSF takes care of cows, CISF takes care of coal. Why are you only involving us in this? This is totally wrong.
