(31). Dheeraj, a resident of the Sweeper Colony near Gangabai Ghat in Mahal, was
staying at the flat in Dighori. Another accused in the case was named as
Shuibham Parasram Pendor (26), a resident of Shivaji Nagar near Gangabai Ghat. Pendar
