New Delhi, May 6 (HS); Minister of State for External Affairs Pabitra Margerita will visit New Zealand and Fiji from May 8 to 12. The objective of this visit is to strengthen bilateral relations with both countries, as informed by the Ministry of External Affairs today.

According to the program, Pabitra Margerita will hold bilateral meetings with political leadership on May 8 and 9 in New Zealand. These meetings will also include discussions with key leaders of the business community and members of the Indian diaspora in Auckland. This dialogue will help deepen India-New Zealand relations. In Fiji, he will participate as the chief guest in the third Girmit Day (Indian Arrival Day) celebrations. This event symbolizes Indian culture and heritage.

Additionally,he will hold meetings with political leaders in Fiji. This will be an important opportunity to further strengthen India-Fiji relations.
