
Amethi, 18 May (HS): A 24-year-old woman’s mangled body was
discovered on a railway track in a hamlet area on Sunday, authorities said. The
woman’s father said she was slain by a man who had previously resided above the
medical shop where she worked and sexually attacked her several times in the
previous year. According to authorities, the woman’s body was discovered on a
railway track near Loharta village, near the Kotwali police station, on
Saturday night. She resided in a hamlet
near the Sangrampur police station. According to his lawsuit, the woman’s
father claims his daughter works at a medical store in Tikarmafi market. A man who lived on the floor above the
business sexually molested his daughter multiple times in the previous year.
When we found out about this, the man left the room and moved
into a leased house in Amethi town, he explained. The complainant further claimed that on Saturday afternoon, the
accused contacted his daughter, and her corpse was subsequently discovered on
the train track. Ravi Kumar Singh, Station House Officer of Kotwali Police
Station, said the corpse has been submitted for a post-mortem test, and an
inquiry is underway.
