New Delhi, May 7 (H.S.): India initiated retaliatory operations against Pakistan’s terrorist groups late Tuesday after the Pahalgam attack on April 22. The Indian Air Force executed strikes during Operation Sindoor in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (POK).
The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) affirmed that this action serves as retaliation for Pahalgam, with BJP President J.P. Nadda emphasizing that India will respond decisively to provocation. Prime Minister Modi warned that attackers of India will face severe repercussions.
Union Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan highlighted the destruction of terrorist hideouts in POK and Pakistan, asserting that this operation demonstrates India’s capability and commitment to eradicating terrorism.
