Jammu, 30 March (H.S.): District Development Councilor, Geetu Aulakh here today inaugurated the newly constructed 200 meters long pathway surrounded by greenery in Apnavan, Sure Chak.

The pathway will help morning walkers, particularly the old people, for morning and evening walks.

Kirandeep Kour, Block Development Officer, Block Mandal Phallain was also present at the occasion.

Prominent persons present on the occasion were Sanjay Rana, Managing Director Shivalaya Construction Company Private Limited; Choudhary Jagar Singh, businessman and others.

Tawi Welfare Society (TWS) also organized a relief distribution camp on this occasion in which 60 bed kits including one mattress, one bed sheet and one pillow were distributed among needy families.

TWS thanked Rural Development Department for providing funds. It also thanked Sanjay Rana and others for support in completion of the pathway.
