
Delhi, 24 February (H.S.): Madhya Pradesh is all set to host the much-anticipated Invest Madhya Pradesh – Global Investors Summit 2025 with the theme of Unlimited Possibilities for investors, businesses, and industries. Being held for the first time in Bhopal on February 24-25, 2025, this summit is a historic event for the state. The capital city, Bhopal, has become the center of India’s largest investment summit, reinforcing Madhya Pradesh’s emergence as an industrial hub.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the two-day Global Investors Summit (GIS) on February 24 at the National Museum of Mankind in Bhopal. During the summit, the PM will launch Madhya Pradesh’s industrial policies, address investors, industrialists, NRIs, and startups from India and abroad, and unveil over 18 new policies in the presence of Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav. These policies will cover various sectors including industrial, food, export, MSME, startups, GCC, semiconductors, drones, tourism, and film production.
Before the PM’s address, a five-minute video showcasing the state’s industrial and investment potential will be screened.
Over 25,000 registrations have been received for the summit, including more than 100 international delegates from over 50 countries, including ambassadors, high commissioners, and consuls general. The large-scale participation indicates Madhya Pradesh’s growing appeal to investors worldwide.
The summit will witness the participation of several top industrialists, including Kumar Mangalam Birla (Chairman, Aditya Birla Group), Gautam Adani (Chairman, Adani Group), Nadir Godrej (Chairman & MD, Godrej Industries Ltd.), Piruz Khambatta (Group Chairman, Rasna Pvt. Ltd.), Baba N. Kalyani (Chairman & MD, Bharat Forge Ltd.), Rahul Awasthi (Global Head of Operations, Sun Pharmaceuticals Ltd.), and Neeraj Akhoury (CEO, ACC Ltd.)
Key Investment Sectors in GIS 2025
The summit will focus on key sectors such as agriculture, food processing, textiles, mining, IT, renewable energy, urban development, and tourism. Various conferences will highlight investment opportunities in these sectors.
On the second day of GIS (February 25), Chief Secretary Anurag Jain will outline the future roadmap for the state’s development. A video titled Madhya Pradesh – Unlimited Possibilities will be presented, showcasing the state’s vast potential and opportunities.
Union Home & Cooperation Minister Amit Shah will deliver the keynote address at the closing ceremony.
