Patna/Bhagalpur, 24 February (HS): Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan addressing the gathering at the innaugural event of 19th instalment of the PM-KISAN Scheme,he said,I express my heartfelt gratitude to the respected Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi ji for giving such an important gift to the farmers of the country from the land of Bihar.
The wonderful welcome that the Prime Minister has received in Bhagalpur is unprecedented. There was an atmosphere of joy and celebration all around. The love and trust that the huge crowd that came to welcome their popular leader expressed in the Prime Minister is amazing. I have never seen such enthusiasm of the public towards any leader in my life.
I bow my head and salute the immense faith, love and trust of the people of Bihar towards the Prime Minister, and express my gratitude. In the program, the farmer friends took a pledge to build a developed India. I have full faith that a developed India will definitely be built under the leadership of the respected Prime Minister.
I heartily thank all the Chief Ministers, Ministers and farmer friends who joined the program and made it historic.
Under the guidance of the Prime Minister, we will leave no stone unturned in the progress of farmers and the betterment of agriculture. We will make farming developed for a developed India.
In the Kisan Sabha organized by the Prime Minister in Bhagalpur, Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan said that the Makhana Development Board will change the fate of those who produce Makhana. This will provide employment to the farmers of Bihar.
The Prime Minister understood the pain of small farmers and created the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. Today is the sixth year of the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. This scheme has become a boon for the farmers.
The Union Agriculture Minister said that PM Modi’s government has made arrangements for the purchase of crops at MSP. Praising the Modi government, he said that in the coming days, farmers will develop even more.
Union Minister of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Shivraj Singh Chouhan says, This is a gift that was never given before. PM understood the pain of small farmers. Congress governments never deposited money directly into the accounts of farmers. In the form of Kisan Samman Nidhi, there is a scheme that transformed the lives of small farmers.
