
New Delhi, 24 February (HS): President Droupadi Murmu will be on a five-day visit to Bihar, Madhya Pradesh and Gujarat from Tuesday.
Rashtrapati Bhavan said in a statement on Monday that the President will visit Bihar, Madhya Pradesh and Gujarat from 25 February to 01 March. The President will attend the centenary celebrations of Patna Medical College in Patna, Bihar on 25 February. She will attend a mass marriage ceremony organized by Shri Bageshwar Jan Seva Samiti at Gadha, Chhatarpur, Madhya Pradesh on 26 February. On the same day, the President will pay homage to the Statue of Unity and witness the Narmada Aarti in Kevadia, Gujarat. The President will visit the Ekta Skill Development Center in Kevadia on 27 February and attend the 44th convocation of the National Institute of Design in Ahmedabad.
The President will attend the third convocation of the National Forensic Science University in Gandhinagar on 28 February. On the same day, the President will visit the Smritivan Earthquake Memorial in Bhuj. The President will visit the UNESCO World Heritage Site- Dholavira on March 01.
