London, 28 October (H.S.): It has been revealed that Prince Andrew hosted Jeffrey Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell, and Harvey Weinstein at Royal Lodge, his private residence on the Windsor estate, in 2006. This gathering took place just two months after a U.S. arrest warrant had been issued for Epstein for the sexual assault of a minor.
While it was previously reported that the trio attended a masked ball for Princess Beatrice’s 18th birthday at Windsor Castle, the new report confirms they were also entertained at Andrew’s private home.
Photographic evidence matching the background of a picture of Epstein, Maxwell, and Weinstein to the grounds of Royal Lodge substantiates the claim. Epstein was arrested in Florida just eight days after the event.
The revelation intensifies the ongoing scrutiny of Prince Andrew’s lifestyle and his living arrangements at the publicly-owned Royal Lodge, where he effectively resides rent-free. The prince has not commented on this new information.
In a 2019 BBC interview, Andrew claimed he was unaware of the U.S. warrant against Epstein when the party invitations were issued. This event is one of several instances where Epstein and Maxwell were guests at royal estates, including Balmoral and Sandringham, during the late 1990s and early 2000s, highlighting the prince’s long-standing connection with the disgraced pair.
Prince Andrew, who is no longer a working royal, reached a financial settlement with Virginia Giuffre in 2022 but has consistently denied any wrongdoing.
