Pune, 28 Apr (HS): The Central Railway, Pune Division

has declared Pune Railway Station and the region as a sensitive area, and has intensified

security measures.

The

measures include deputation of an additional inspector in the evening, surprise

check by senior officials, close monitoring via CCTV, Coordination between CRPF

and senior officers, Checking bu sniffer dogs, Shift Incharge and Durty

Officers to possess arms on duty, hike in patrolling and security checks, Two, 30-bed

emergency barracks on Tadiwala Road, Forming emergency WhatsApp group.

Escorting 24 important trains. Regular checking of the ‘Rail Madad’ portal etc.
