Delhi, 28 April (H.S.): Defence Minister Rajnath Singh will meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi at 11 am, alongside National Security Advisor Ajit Doval. This meeting follows Singh’s discussions with Chief of General Staff General Anil Chauhan regarding military strategies to address threats from Pakistan after the tragic terrorist attack in Pahalgam.

Pakistani troops have reportedly engaged in unprovoked firing across the Line of Control in Jammu and Kashmir, marking the fourth ceasefire violation.

On April 22, 25 tourists and a local resident were brutally killed in Pahalgam, one of the most severe terror incidents in Kashmir since the revocation of Article 370.
