Delhi, 4 May (H.S.): Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta asserted on Sunday that Sanskrit is a scientific language and that even NASA recognizes it as such – a statement frequently made with minimal supporting evidence.

Gupta made the statement during the concluding ceremony of a 10-day Sanskrit education program in the capital.

NASA scientists have even authored papers on Sanskrit, confirming its status as a scientific language. Programming can be accomplished in Sanskrit. Sanskrit is the language most compatible with computers, she stated.
