
New Delhi, September 3 (HS): The domestic bullion market witnessed a mildly positive trend today, with gold and silver prices registering a modest rise. In most major bullion hubs across the country, 24-carat gold was trading between ₹1,06,100 and ₹1,06,250 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold ranged from ₹97,260 to ₹97,410 per 10 grams.
Alongside gold, silver prices also firmed up. In the Delhi bullion market, silver was quoted at ₹1,27,100 per kilogram.
In Delhi, 24-carat gold traded at ₹1,06,250 per 10 grams, and 22-carat gold at ₹97,410. In Mumbai, the figures stood at ₹1,06,100 (24-carat) and ₹97,260 (22-carat). Ahmedabad quoted ₹1,06,150 (24-carat) and ₹97,310 (22-carat). Similarly, in Chennai and Kolkata, 24-carat gold was priced at ₹1,06,100, while 22-carat gold was at ₹97,260 per 10 grams.
In Lucknow and Jaipur, gold traded slightly higher, with 24-carat at ₹1,06,250 and 22-carat at ₹97,410 per 10 grams. Patna recorded ₹1,06,150 (24-carat) and ₹97,310 (22-carat).
Meanwhile, bullion markets in southern and eastern states also mirrored this firm trend. In Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Bhubaneswar, 24-carat gold was priced at ₹1,06,100, and 22-carat gold at ₹97,260 per 10 grams.
Analysts attribute the marginal pickup in gold and silver prices to steady consumer demand in the festive season and supportive global cues.
