

Bhopal, 25 February (HS): On the first day of the two-day Global Investors Summit organized at the Indira Gandhi National Museum of Mankind campus in Bhopal, a Spectacular cultural showcase unfolded at IGMRS during the Global Investors Summit.
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav praised the talent of the participating artists. The Chief Minister also honored the choreographer of the art presentation, Ms. Maitreyi Pahari.
The 35-minute presentation highlighted Madhya Pradesh’s textile legacy and classical dance traditions, featuring 115 performers including models and dancers.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that Madhya Pradesh is known for its rich cultural, archaeological and historical heritage. Today’s art presentation works to effectively bring out all these features. The guests who came to the Global Investors Summit have got an opportunity to know Madhya Pradesh.
On the occasion of the cultural program, Chief Secretary Anurag Jain, Additional Chief Secretary Chief Minister’s Office Dr. Rajesh Rajoura, Principal Secretary Culture and Tourism Shiv Shekhar Shukla, Public Relations Commissioner Dr. Sudam Khade etc. were present along with many public representatives.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that investment yagna is going on in Madhya Pradesh under the leadership and guidance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Prime Minister Modi gave two days time to Madhya Pradesh. He has launched a campaign to make the states prosperous. The world is looking towards India with hope. In the near future, India has to become the third largest economy of the world. In this, the goal of economic prosperity will have to be achieved by properly utilizing the resources of all the states.
Madhya Pradesh organized Industry Conclave at the divisional level last year and worked extensively on investment possibilities. It has also been successful. The Chief Minister said that today on the first day of the two-day summit in Bhopal, big industrial houses have shown great interest in investing in Madhya Pradesh.
In the presence of Chief Minister Dr. Yadav, eight MoUs were signed with various institutions at the summit today. These include agreements with Reliance Industry Ltd., Avaada Energy Pvt. Ltd., OPG Power Generation Pvt. Ltd., Indo European Chamber of Small and Medium Enterprises, Germany Indian Innovation Corridor, India Djibouti Chamber of Commerce, Indo-German Chamber of Commerce and Singapore Indian Chambers of Commerce.
The Chief Minister said that these agreements will help in realizing employment opportunities through new investments in Madhya Pradesh in renewable energy and other sectors.
MP will have a special contribution in bilateral cooperation in the trade-industry sector between India and Japan.
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav earlier met investors one to one in the second phase in the evening after observing the Auto Expo. In this sequence, Pinaki Bhattacharya of MPIN Energy Limited met first. Consul General of Japan Yagi Koji met Chief Minister Dr. Yadav in the evening. On this occasion, mutual cooperation between India and Japan was discussed.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav described his recent visit to Japan as pleasant. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav discussed with Mr. Koji about taking advantage of the business sector and the use of Japanese technology. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that Madhya Pradesh will make a significant contribution to bilateral cooperation in the trade and industry sector between India and Japan.
Tholon CEO Avinash Vashisht also met Chief Minister Dr. Yadav. MD Afzal Khan and Chief Operating Officer Ashish Johri of Teleperformance Hyderabad met the Chief Minister and presented investment related proposals. DCT Chief Operating Officer Anish Nathani also met Chief Minister Dr. Yadav. Film maker Mr. Bharat Bhushan also met Chief Minister Dr. Yadav along with his colleagues.
