
New Delhi, May 11 (HS): During the week beginning May 19, two new IPOs from the SME segment are set to launch. Bids can be submitted for an IPO that opened on May 9, available until May 14. The IPO of Integrity Infrabuild Developers, worth ₹12 crore, opens for subscription on May 13, with bids accepted until May 15. The share price is set at ₹100, with a lot size of 1,200 shares. Allotment will occur on May 16, and listing on the NSE’s SME platform will follow on May 20. Meanwhile, Accretion Pharmaceuticals’ IPO, valued at ₹29.75 crore, will open on May 14, with bids accepted until May 16. The price band is ₹96 to ₹101, also with a lot size of 1,200 shares. Allotment is scheduled for May 19, with listing on May 21.
Additionally, bids for Virtual Galaxy Infotech’s IPO, valued at ₹93.29 crore, can be placed until May 14. Its price band is ₹135 to ₹142 for a lot size of 1,000 shares, with allotment on May 15 and listing on May 19. This IPO has received a 69 percent subscription. Moreover, two companies, Shreegi DLM Limited, which was subscribed 490.93 times, and Manoj Jewellers, will see their shares listed on the BSE’s SME platform on May 12.
