07 May (HS): On Wednesday, the bodies of a love-lorn couple were found hanging
from a tree in Masauli police station area. The girlfriend has been identified
as the bride who went missing from the wedding venue. The deceased boy is said
to be the lover. The police have prepared a Panchnama of the bodies and sent
them for post-mortem.
The
bodies of a young woman and a man were found hanging from the noose of the same
saree in the mango orchard of Mayaram Chauhan located at a distance of five
hundred meters in village Lalpur Majra Bharthipur of Masauli police station
area. On Wednesday morning, a crowd of villagers gathered on seeing the two
bodies hanging from the tree. Police reached on this information.
The
bodies were brought down and identified. Both the deceased were a couple in
love. They were identified as Shilpa Yadav (22) daughter of Raj Bahadur Yadav
and Bhanu Pratap Singh (28) son of Parasnath Singh, resident of Lalpur Majra
Bharthipur. The police called the forensic team and collected evidence,
prepared the Panchnama of the bodies and sent them for post-mortem.
Area
Officer Ramnagar Garima Panth said that both the deceased were lovers. The girl
was to be married to Rakesh Yadav’s son Sunil Kumar, a resident of village
Pyarepur Saraiya of Safdarganj police station area on May 5. The bride suddenly
disappeared when the wedding procession arrived. The father of the missing
bride had sent off the wedding procession after getting the marriage ceremony
done with the daughter of his younger brother Dharmaraj. The police was
searching for the girl in this case. The body of the girl who went missing from
the wedding rituals was found today hanging with her lover from a tree with the
help of a noose. During investigation at the spot, a suicide note was found
near the lovers. In which it has been written by the girl Shilpa that both the
families are not at fault in the death of both of us. If both of us cannot live
together, then we can die together. The bike of the deceased youth has also
been recovered from the spot. After taking the bodies in custody, further
action is being taken by collecting evidence with the forensic team.
