Saharanpur,

17 March (HS): Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath reached Saharanpur district of

western Uttar Pradesh on Monday. Here he distributed loans worth Rs 49 crore

under the Yuva Udyam Vikas Abhiyan. Addressing the program organized at Maa

Shakambhari University, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that the previous

government gave one district one mafia. Our government has given one district

one product.

Chief

Minister Yogi said that five years ago no one could have imagined that a

university would be built here. Today Maa Shakambhari University has been

established. The government is working to connect Saharanpur to Delhi and

Lucknow. In the coming time, the distance from here to Delhi will be just two

and a quarter hours. Products worth one thousand crores are being exported from

this district. Handicrafts were there earlier also. How would development

happen when the head of the state wakes up at 12 o’clock? They gave one

district one mafia; we gave one district one product. Today the handicraftsmen

here are getting global recognition. Today your skill, your ability is getting

recognition in the world.

Chief

Minister Yogi said that in one go; 60 thousand 244 youths were given jobs in

the police department. In this too, more than 12 thousand girls have been

recruited. From 1947 to 2017, only 10 thousand girls got jobs in the police. We

have given jobs to 12 thousand girls in UP Police. Now no one can accuse of

regionalism or casteism in getting jobs.
