18 April (HS): Uttar Pradesh Assembly Speaker Satish Mahana was welcomed by BJP

workers at Prayagraj Junction and Chandrashekhar Azad Circuit House on his

arrival in Prayagraj. On this occasion, while discussing the proceedings going

on in the Uttar Pradesh Vidhansabha, he said that in the last 3 years, the

Uttar Pradesh Vidhansabha has become an example for the country. People from

other states of the country come here and after seeing the proceedings here,

take it as a model for their state. He said that in the last 3 years, a lot of

changes have been made regarding the transparency of the MLAs. Every MLA has

been indirectly directed to connect with the public and is asked to raise the

problems related to their basic facilities in the House because the basic needs

of the public and solution of their problems is of utmost importance for us.

attended the wedding ceremony of his personal relative and visited the

residence of former Governor Keshrinath Tripathi and met his son former

Advocate General Neeraj Tripathi and Kavita Yadav Tripathi. Among those who

welcomed were Dr. Shailesh Pandey, Rajesh Kesarwani, Vijay Shrivastav, Pawan

Mishra, Sujit Kushwaha, Ravi Kumar Gaya Prasad, Deep Dwivedi, etc.
