Yogi Govt’s aims to make youth technically empowered: Nandi

28 April (HS): To empower the students studying in Uttar Pradesh technically,

under Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath’s ambitious scheme Swami Vivekananda Yuva

Sashaktikaran Tablet-Smartphone Yojana, in a tablet distribution ceremony

organized at United Group of Institutions, Naini Prayagraj on Monday,

Industrial Development Minister of Uttar Pradesh Government Nand Gopal Gupta

Nandi distributed tablets to the trainees of United Group and Government

Industrial Training Institute, Naini. Tablets were given to 1115 students of

both the institutions. Minister Nandi distributed tablets to the students of

Engineering and Pharmacy of United Group of Institutions and Government ITI,

Naini Prayagraj.

Development Minister Nand Gopal Gupta Nandi said that the double engine

government is making continuous efforts to ensure that the youth of the state

get jobs and employment, their skills are developed and they become technically

competent. Our government is providing tablets and smartphones to make the

youth empowered and technically competent.

Minister Nandi congratulated all the students and wished them a bright future.

He said that youth are the future of the country. It is important for them to

be technically competent. He appealed to the students to use tablets in their

career development and keep themselves updated with the latest information and

technologies.

UGI

Senior Vice President Gaurav Gulati welcomed and honoured the Chief Guest

Cabinet Minister Nand Gopal Gupta Nandi by presenting him a flower bouquet and

a memento.

Incharge,

Tablet and Smartphone Distribution, Government ITI, Naini Amrit Lal Gupta said

that a total of 1115 tablets were distributed during the function. Earlier, the

function was inaugurated by the guests by lighting the lamp.

On

this occasion, ADM (Civil Supply), Prayagraj Vijay Kumar Sharma, Principal of

Government ITI, Naini AK Yadav, Principal of UIP Prof Alok Mukherjee, Principal

of UIT Prof Sanjay Srivastava, Principal of UCER Dr Swapnil Srivastava, Prof

Nandita Pradhan, Dr Vijay Dwivedi, Dr Abhishek Malviya, Dr Manas Pandey,

Registrar (UIT) Sandeep Pandey and Registrar (UCER) Noorul Hasan were present.

The ceremony was conducted by faculty Nikita Tandon.
