
Haridwar, March 11 (HS): On Monday at the Youth All-Stars Championship in Haridwar, excitement soared as UP Falcons and Vasco Vipers tied 36-36, while Junior Steelers, Young Warriors, and Young Mumba triumphed.
First Match: A Hard-Fought Battle Between UP Falcons and Vasco Vipers
The day began with a tightly contested match between UP Falcons and Vasco Vipers, in which neither team could secure a victory. Kunal Bhati from UP Falcons earned 12 raid points, while substitute player Prince from Vasco Vipers delivered an outstanding performance with 11 raid points. The match remained thrilling until the last moments, and in the end, Prince’s successful raid equalized the score for Vasco Vipers, resulting in a tie.
Second Match: A Stellar Victory for Junior Steelers
In the second match, Junior Steelers defeated Chandigarh Chargers by a big margin of 40-27. Mayank Saini and Ritik from Steelers collected impressive points with aggressive raiding, while Yogesh Chahal and Sahil Narwal played crucial roles in defense by stopping the Chargers’ raiders. In the third match of the day, Yuva Yoddhhas triumphed over Yuva Paltan with a score of 47-31. The match featured several super tackles and successful raids, thrilling the audience. Shivam Singh from Yuva Yoddhas led his team to victory with impressive raiding, while defenders Nithesh Ramaiah and Ravi executed super tackles, thwarting the comeback attempts of Ashish Padale and Keshav Kumar.
