Quetta (Balochistan), September 29 (HS):

The Baloch National Court has sentenced three Baloch citizens—Ghulam Hussain, Daulat Khan and Ishaq Nichari—to death on charges of treason after they confessed to working as long-time informants for the Pakistani military. In a press statement, Jaand Baloch claimed that BLA fighters also torched federal government vehicles that were transporting minerals extracted from Balochistan, while launching several coordinated attacks against Pakistani forces.

According to the BLA spokesperson, fighters struck Pakistani troops at eight different locations in Sorab, Kalat, Nushki, Zehri and Kharan, even seizing control of portions of the national highway. Commanders reportedly ambushed soldiers at Badal Kareez Cross in Nushki and attacked a mineral-laden truck in Khazani, Kalat.

On September 26, BLA units allegedly carried out a surprise assault on troops stationed in the Zawah region of Kalat.Informants Confessed During InterrogationThe BLA statement further claimed that during operations in Zehri, Ghulam Hussain, son of Mehrdal Jatak, was detained on suspicion of spying.
