
New Delhi, 27 October (H.S.): India’s domestic bullion market registered a slight downturn on Monday, with prices for both gold and silver experiencing a marginal decrease. Across the country, 24-carat gold is trading in a range of ₹1,25,610 to ₹1,25,760 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold is being sold for between ₹1,15,140 and ₹1,15,290 per 10 grams.
Silver also weakened slightly, with the precious metal trading at ₹1,54,900 per kilogram in the Delhi market.Prices varied across major metropolitan areas:In Delhi, 24-carat gold was priced at ₹1,25,760 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold stood at ₹1,15,290.In the financial capital, Mumbai, 24-carat gold traded at ₹1,25,610 per 10 grams, and 22-carat gold was priced at ₹1,15,140.
Ahmedabad recorded a retail price of ₹1,25,660 for 24-carat gold and ₹1,15,190 for 22-carat gold.In Chennai and Kolkata, prices for 24-carat and 22-carat gold were identical to those in Mumbai.The trend of minor price reduction was consistent in other key cities as well.
In Lucknow and Jaipur, gold prices mirrored those in Delhi. Patna’s market saw prices similar to Ahmedabad’s. Meanwhile, in the state capitals of Bengaluru (Karnataka), Hyderabad (Telangana), and Bhubaneswar (Odisha), both 24-carat and 22-carat gold were trading at the same levels seen in Mumbai, Chennai, and Kolkata.
