
New Delhi, October 5(HS): Following two consecutive weeks of heavy activity in the primary market, the upcoming trading week beginning October 6 is expected to see relatively moderate momentum. A total of five new initial public offerings (IPOs) are slated to open, including four in the mainboard segment and one in the SME category.
Additionally, three ongoing IPOs will remain open for subscription until Monday, while one more will be available until Tuesday. Meanwhile, as many as 24 companies are scheduled to make their stock market debut through listings this week — five on the mainboard and 19 on SME platforms.
Major IPO Launches
On October 6, Tata Capital Ltd will open its ₹15,511.87-crore public issue for subscription. The IPO, priced between ₹310 and ₹326 per share with a lot size of 46 shares, will close on October 8. The company’s shares are expected to be listed on both the BSE and NSE on October 13.The following day, October 7, LG Electronics India will open its ₹11,607.01-crore IPO, which will remain available till October 9. The price band has been fixed between ₹1,080 and ₹1,140 per share, with a lot size of 13 shares. The listing is scheduled for October 14 on the BSE and NSE.
Also opening on October 7 is Anantam Highways Trust, with a ₹400-crore public issue priced at ₹98–₹100 per unit. The issue will close on October 9, and its units are expected to list on October 17 on both exchanges.On the same day, Mittal Sections Ltd will launch its ₹52.91-crore SME IPO with a price band of ₹136–₹143 per share and a lot size of 1,000 shares. Subscriptions will close on October 9, and listing will take place on October 14 on the BSE SME platform.
Later in the week, on October 9, Rubicon Research Ltd will open its ₹1,377.50-crore IPO for subscription. The price band is set between ₹461 and ₹485 per share with a lot size of 30 shares. The IPO will close on October 13, and the company is expected to list its shares on the BSE and NSE on October 16.
Ongoing IPOs
DSM Fresh Foods Ltd’s ₹59.06-crore IPO, which opened on September 26, remains open for subscription until October 6. The price band is set between ₹95–₹100 per share with a lot size of 1,200 shares. The issue has been subscribed 0.94 times so far, and listing is expected on October 9 on the BSE SME platform.
Greenleaf Envirotech Ltd, which opened on September 30 with a ₹21.90-crore issue, will also close on October 6. Priced at ₹136 per share with a lot size of 1,000 shares, the issue has received 0.30 times subscription and will list on October 9 on the NSE SME platform.Shloka Dyes Ltd, another SME IPO worth ₹63.50 crore, will close on October 6.
The IPO has seen only 0.02 times subscription so far, with a price band of ₹95–₹100 per share and a lot size of 1,200 shares. Listing is planned for October 9 on the BSE SME platform.WeWork India Management Pvt Ltd’s ₹3,000-crore IPO, which opened on October 3, will remain open until October 7. The issue is priced between ₹615 and ₹648 per share with a lot size of 23 shares and has seen 0.04 times subscription so far.
The listing is expected on October 10 on the BSE and NSE.
Upcoming Listings
A total of 24 companies will make their market debut this week.
October 6: Pace Digitech Ltd will list on both the BSE and NSE. On the BSE SME platform, Bhavik Enterprises, Ameenji Rubber, MPK Steels, Rukmini Devi Garg Agro Impax, and KVS Castings will begin trading, alongside Manas Polymers on the NSE SME platform.
October 7: Fabtech Technologies and Glottis Limited will list on both main exchanges, while Dhillon Freight Carriers, Om Metallogic, and Sodhani Capital will debut on the BSE SME platform. Suba Hotels and Vijay PD Cuticles will list on the NSE SME platform.
October 8: Om Freight Forwarders and Advance Agro Life will list on the BSE and NSE mainboards. Muneesh Forge and BAG Convergence will debut on the NSE SME platform, while Sun Sky Logistics, Infinity Infoway, Valplast Technology, Chirharit Ltd, and Gelio e-Mobility will list on the BSE SME platform.
October 9: DSM Fresh Foods Ltd will list on the BSE SME platform.
