
New Delhi, October 2 (HS): The uptrend in the domestic bullion market continued on Thursday, coinciding with Dussehra, as both gold and silver prices recorded further gains. In most jewellery markets across the country, 24-carat gold was trading between ₹1,17,460 and ₹1,17,610 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold was being sold in the range of ₹1,07,670 to ₹1,07,820 per 10 grams. Silver too witnessed a rise, fetching ₹1,51,200 per kilogram in the Delhi bullion market.
In Delhi, 24-carat gold was priced at ₹1,17,610 per 10 grams and 22-carat gold at ₹1,07,820 per 10 grams. In Mumbai, 24-carat gold was available at ₹1,17,460 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold was at ₹1,07,670 per 10 grams. Meanwhile, in Ahmedabad, 24-carat gold stood at ₹1,17,510 per 10 grams and 22-carat gold at ₹1,07,720 per 10 grams.Chennai recorded 24-carat gold at ₹1,17,460 per 10 grams and 22-carat gold at ₹1,07,670 per 10 grams.
In Kolkata too, prices remained similar at ₹1,17,460 for 24-carat and ₹1,07,670 for 22-carat gold. Lucknow saw 24-carat gold trading at ₹1,17,610 per 10 grams, while 22-carat was priced at ₹1,07,820. In Patna, the rates were ₹1,17,510 per 10 grams for 24-carat and ₹1,07,720 for 22-carat gold. Jaipur mirrored Delhi’s prices with 24-carat at ₹1,17,610 and 22-carat at ₹1,07,820 per 10 grams.Other states such as Karnataka, Telangana, and Odisha also followed the upward trend.
In the capitals Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Bhubaneswar, 24-carat gold was priced at ₹1,17,460 per 10 grams, while 22-carat was sold at ₹1,07,670 per 10 grams.
