Gold, Silver Prices See Mild Dip in Domestic Bullion Market

New Delhi, October 6(HS): A marginal decline was observed in gold and silver prices across the country’s bullion markets today, reflecting subdued demand and slight correction in precious metal trends.

According to market data, 24-carat gold was trading between ₹1,19,390 and ₹1,19,540 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold hovered in the range of ₹1,09,440 to ₹1,09,590 per 10 grams. Meanwhile, silver prices also weakened slightly, with the glittering metal selling at around ₹1,54,900 per kilogram in the Delhi bullion market.

In Delhi, 24-carat gold was priced at ₹1,19,540 per 10 grams, and 22-carat gold at ₹1,09,590 per 10 grams. In the financial hub Mumbai, 24-carat gold traded at ₹1,19,390, while 22-carat gold was at ₹1,09,440 per 10 grams.The Ahmedabad market quoted 24-carat gold at ₹1,19,440 and 22-carat gold at ₹1,09,490 per 10 grams.

In Chennai, gold prices stood at ₹1,19,390 (24-carat) and ₹1,09,440 (22-carat), while the Kolkata market recorded identical figures.In Lucknow, 24-carat gold was priced at ₹1,19,540 per 10 grams, and 22-carat gold at ₹1,09,590 per 10 grams. The Patna market saw 24-carat gold trading at ₹1,19,440, while 22-carat stood at ₹1,09,490 per 10 grams.

Similarly, in Jaipur, 24-carat gold was available at ₹1,19,540, and 22-carat gold at ₹1,09,590 per 10 grams.Other regional markets, including Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Bhubaneswar, also registered a modest softening in prices.

In all three cities, 24-carat gold was quoted at ₹1,19,390 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold traded at ₹1,09,440 per 10 grams.

Market analysts attributed the minor fall to a stable rupee and muted global cues, suggesting that bullion prices may remain range-bound in the coming days.
