New Delhi, April 26 (H.S.): RSS Chief Dr. Mohan Bhagwat emphasized the importance of Hindu society understanding its own religion during the launch of the book The Hindu Manifesto by Swami Vigyananand. He underscored the duty of leaders to protect their citizens and noted that civilizations are at a crossroads, seeking a path forward, which India can offer only if it stands united and strong.

Praising the timely and research-based nature of the book, Dr. Bhagwat stated it would inspire discourse and promote the intellectual wealth and vision of Hinduism worldwide. The event took place at the Prime Minister’s Museum and Library complex, where Dr. Bhagwat highlighted the need to share the eternal perspective of Hindu society. He remarked that while Hindus have historically never attacked others, they have a responsibility to respond to unyielding adversaries, referencing the Ram-Ravana conflict.

Delhi University’s Vice-Chancellor, Dr. Yogesh Kumar, hailed Hindu thought as unparalleled, rooted in the principle of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam. Swami Vigyananand outlined the eight guiding principles derived from Hindu texts to enable India to reclaim its status as Vishwa Guru. He assured that his research was thorough and well-referenced.

Swami Krishna Shahi Vidyarthi Maharaj ,Head of Rashtriya Valmiki Mandir blessed the gathering, further highlighting the significance of the event.
