London, October 9(HS): King Charles III is set to bring his lifelong environmental philosophy to a global audience through a forthcoming feature-length documentary, Finding Harmony: A King’s Vision, scheduled to stream on Amazon Prime Video early next year.

The film, produced by the King’s Foundation, will explore the monarch’s decades-long campaign for sustainability and his belief in “working with rather than against nature” to restore balance to a planet under stress. It will weave together global examples of the “harmony” ethos, from Guyana’s forests to sustainable communities in India, as well as projects closer to home in Dumfries House and Highgrove.

“Never has it been more important for the world to make a concerted effort to protect and prioritise our planet,” King Charles said, expressing his hope that the documentary will inspire a renewed determination to build a more sustainable future. He emphasised that humans are “part of nature, not apart from nature,” placing environmental wellbeing at the core of human health and happiness.

The production will feature footage from the King’s inaugural Harmony Summit held at Highgrove in July, where Indigenous leaders from across the globe shared ancestral knowledge of living in tune with nature. The gathering began with a fire ceremony honouring the natural world, underscoring the cultural depth of the King’s vision.

Director Nicolas Brown noted that few people fully understand the depth of the King’s commitment to harmony, a philosophy that has influenced fields as diverse as agriculture, architecture, traditional crafts, and urban design.

Kristina Murrin, chief executive of the King’s Foundation, described the film as “moving and inspiring,” capturing a journey that spans decades. With this Amazon debut, King Charles joins a growing list of royals embracing streaming platforms to engage directly with global audiences, following Prince William’s Apple TV+ appearance and Prince Harry and Meghan’s Netflix series.
