Assistance desks from different departments will be set up during this event.
This facilitation camp will be held at the NDMC Convention Centre located on Jai Singh Road from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM.
In this grievance redressal facilitation camp, help desks from various departments will be available to address and facilitate complaints from service users, employees, RWAs, MTAs, and NDMC residents.
Complaints related to new electricity connections, disconnections, load increases or decreases, name changes, transfers, property tax, birth and death certificates, service matters of serving and retired NDMC employees, waterlogging, cleanliness, waste disposal, road repairs, widow pensions, old-age pensions, disability pensions, booking of banquet halls and parks, and various services offered by NDMC will be resolved at this camp.
In addition to organizing these facilitation camps, the Municipal Council has also launched a Public Facilitation Portal as a contactless grievance redressal mechanism for the residents and service users of the NDMC area. The link to this public facilitation portal is provided on the NDMC website.
The public facilitation portal can be used to lodge complaints, monitor the status of those complaints, and provide feedback on the grievance redressal mechanism.
