Washington, April 25 (HS): US has issued a stern warning to Russia following its recent attacks on Ukraine. President Donald Trump took a hard stance, stating that if there is no peace agreement with Ukraine, Russia could face sanctions. However, Trump later told reporters that he believes Russia will take his appeal to cease attacks on Ukraine seriously. An agreement between the two countries is still possible.

According to Reports, President Trump said on Thursday that America is continuously pressuring Russia to stop its attacks on Ukraine. Trump claimed, You have no idea how much pressure we are putting on Russia. When asked what concessions the Russian government has made to reach a peace plan with Ukraine, he did not provide a clear answer. Trump stated that he was going to meet with Jeffrey Goldberg, the editor-in-chief of The Atlantic, on Thursday, who had inadvertently been included in a Signal chat. Notably, this chat involved discussions among American defense officials, including Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, about plans to attack Houthi rebels in Yemen.
